When I made my dietary changes back in 2017, I was fortunate to have a friend who had herself transitioned to the autoimmune protocol diet. Her guidance was invaluable: learning the ins and outs of a healing diet as well as having a confidante I could speak with about my autoimmune fears.

Due to her help coupled with my own success with AIP, I have been on a journey since 2018 to learn about nutrition and how food affects us: body, mind and soul.

Would you like more guidance on you AIP Journey? I offer different options to support you with these lifestyle changes
