This is a good starting point following a diagnosis or suspicion that there are foods triggering your pain and other symptoms. This option works to make small and sustainable changes in your long term diet.

12 Week Plan (450$)
You’ve had an autoimmune condition (or suspected it) for a long time now. Or, you know that change is hard for you and you would like to take the transition a bit slower to make long lasting and sustainable changes to you diet and lifestyle.
This includes:
- Weekly virtual or in person 60 minute sessions
- Email and text support in between sessions
- Grocery store trip to stock up on AIP friendly foods

3 week options (175$)
This option is for people who have already eliminated some problematic foods from their diet, and simply want some small pointers in how to adjust for optimal wellness.

- Finding dietary trigger foods and replacing with healing ones
