6 Week Option

This is a good starting point following a diagnosis or suspicion that there are foods triggering your pain and other symptoms. This option works to make small and sustainable changes in your long term diet.

12 Week

This option is good for individuals who want to have a slower transition or feel that they may need more support in adopting new dietary patterns.

3 Week

For the person who wants some help getting started, and is then ready to plan and implement their own AIP meals

Other options

For those local to Sacramento, there is the option for me to cook meal for you. Price varies based on meals and preferences.

I found Chrissy’s food preparation and planning to be very helpful. There were a wide variety of meals that were both healthy and tasted great!
